Televo IPTV Reviews & Service Information

If you are searching for Televo reviews, you are almost certainly trying to answer one question: is this service real, and does it do what it says? This page is our own account of what Televo includes and what it does not — written so you can check it, rather than to persuade you.

A note on honesty. This page is published by Televo, so it is not an independent review and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we can do is set out the facts precisely enough that you can verify them yourself, and be explicit about the limitations. Independent reviews belong on independent platforms — see where to find them below.

What Televo is

Televo is an IPTV subscription service for UK and international viewers. Television is delivered over your internet connection rather than by aerial, satellite or cable, and you watch it through an app on a device you already own.

It is sold as a fixed-term subscription with no automatic renewal: you pay once for a term, and it ends unless you choose to buy another.

Device compatibility

Because Televo provides standard M3U and Xtream Codes credentials rather than requiring one proprietary app, it works with any standards-compliant IPTV player. In practice that covers:

  • Amazon Firestick, Fire TV and Fire TV Cube
  • Android TV boxes, NVIDIA Shield, Chromecast with Google TV
  • Samsung Tizen and LG webOS Smart TVs
  • Sky Glass
  • Android and iOS phones and tablets
  • Windows and macOS

Full instructions are on our Televo app setup page.

Streaming quality

Quality depends on three things, only one of which we control: the source resolution, our delivery, and your connection. We use multi-CDN edge routing with automatic failover so that a degrading node moves you before you notice.

What we cannot control is the last stretch to your television. Most quality complaints in this industry turn out to be Wi-Fi rather than the stream, which is why our buffering guide starts there rather than blaming the connection last.

Realistically you want 10–20 Mbps per HD stream and 25–50 Mbps for 4K. Below that, no provider will look good.

Setup and support

Activation is immediate: credentials arrive by email at checkout. Setup takes about five minutes on most devices, plus a few minutes for the guide to populate.

Support runs on live chat and WhatsApp, with an average first response under five minutes. If you would rather not configure anything yourself, the team will walk you through the install.

Pricing and refunds

TermTotal price
3 months£24.99
6 months£34.99
12 months£49.99
24 months£79.99

Each price is the one-off total for the whole term, not a monthly charge. Nothing renews automatically. Every plan carries a 7-day money-back guarantee, and the full conditions are in our refund policy.

Limitations you should know

Any service page that lists only benefits is not telling you the whole story. These are the constraints that matter:

  • Channel line-ups change. What is carried today may not be carried next year. No IPTV provider can guarantee a permanent line-up, and any that claims otherwise is overpromising.
  • Simultaneous connections are limited. Plans include a set number. Exceeding it stops streams, and this is the single most common support issue.
  • Your connection sets the ceiling. On a weak or congested connection, quality will suffer regardless of what we do at our end.
  • Not all content is 4K. Resolution depends on the source. Where a channel is broadcast in HD, it arrives in HD.
  • We do not supply hardware. You need a compatible device, and we are not responsible for third-party apps.

Where to find independent reviews

We deliberately do not publish testimonials we cannot attribute, and we would treat any IPTV site whose review page is full of anonymous five-star quotes with suspicion. Publishing fabricated reviews as genuine is unlawful in the UK under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

For independent opinion, look at platforms where the provider cannot edit the content: [ADD YOUR TRUSTPILOT / GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE LINK HERE ONCE YOU HAVE ONE]. If you are an existing subscriber, leaving a review there helps other people far more than anything we could write about ourselves.

IPTV as a technology is legal in the UK — it is how iPlayer, Sky Stream and NOW all work. What determines legality is whether a provider holds the rights to what it distributes. Our explainer, is IPTV legal in the UK, sets out the test and how to assess any provider, including us.

Our company details, terms and data handling are set out on our about page, terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Judge it on your own connection

Seven days to change your mind, no auto-renewal, and support that answers. That is the only review that matters.
