1. Who we are

This website and the Televo service are operated by [LEGAL COMPANY NAME], a company
registered in [JURISDICTION] under company number [COMPANY NUMBER], with its
registered office at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Our VAT number is [VAT NUMBER].

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean [LEGAL COMPANY NAME]. “You” means the
person purchasing or using a subscription. You can contact us at
[SUPPORT EMAIL].

2. These terms

By purchasing or using a Televo subscription you agree to these terms. If you do not
agree to them, do not purchase or use the service. We recommend you keep a copy.

3. The service

Televo provides access to streamed television content over the internet, delivered to
compatible devices and applications. The specific channels, programmes and on-demand
titles available at any time are subject to change and are not guaranteed.

A working internet connection of sufficient speed is required and is your
responsibility. We do not supply hardware, and we are not responsible for the
performance of third-party devices or third-party player applications.

4. Your account

Your credentials are personal to you and to your household. You must not share,
resell, publish or otherwise make your credentials available to anyone else, and you
must not redistribute, rebroadcast or record content from the service.

You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate an
account, without refund, where we reasonably believe this clause has been breached.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are as displayed on the site at the time of purchase and are shown in pounds
sterling. The price shown for a plan is the total charge for the whole of that term,
not a monthly charge. [STATE WHETHER PRICES INCLUDE VAT.]

Payment is taken in full at the point of purchase. We do not operate automatic
renewal: your subscription ends at the close of the term you paid for unless you
choose to purchase a further term.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Your cancellation and refund rights, including your statutory rights and our
money-back guarantee, are set out in full in our
Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Availability

We aim to provide a continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or
error-free access. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, or as a result
of matters outside our reasonable control, including failures of your internet
connection, your device, or third-party networks.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

9. Our liability

[THIS CLAUSE MUST BE DRAFTED BY A SOLICITOR. Liability limits that are unfair or that
attempt to exclude non-excludable liability are unenforceable against consumers, and
an over-broad clause can invalidate the section entirely.]

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury
caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other
liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published
on this page at the time you purchase. Material changes affecting an active
subscription will be notified to you by email.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [ENGLAND AND WALES / SCOTLAND / OTHER], and
the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not affect your
statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
